My name is Vadym and I have worked within the contruction field with different objects since 2017. I started as a contructionworker in Lithuania to a teamleader in Stockholm. As a teamleader I obtained a great amount of responsibility. Some of the tasks were regularly communicating with the customers, setting up plans and time frames and discussing possible delays and possible risks. With that experience alone I saw the ups and down in the contractions field and yet an opportunity to make something even better and more sustainable. This was the first step of creating FILO Group AB - a company that provides scaffolding assistants in the exact way clients imagen if not better.
